White Peach & Balsamic Bellini

 

ingredients


½ C L’essence des Fruits® White Peach Puree / defrosted
2 T Fondo di Trebbiano® White Balsamic Vinegar
1 btl Champagne or Sparkling Wine / chilled

 

method


In a mixing glass, stir together the peach puree and white balsamic. Add about 2 tablespoons of the peach-balsamic mixture to the bottom of each champagne flute. Top off each glass with champagne or sparkling wine, and serve.

We love all things blood orange, so for this Mother's Day we've combined two of our favorite things in this delicious & stunning Sangria.

All of our Kilchurn Estate® marmalades, jams, and spreads are hand crafted in the Staffordshire Moorlands of England using traditional copper pans, small batches, and absolutely no artificial additives.

 

Blood Orange Sangria

 

ingredients


1 btl sweet Red Wine
2 T Kilchurn Estate® Thin Cut Blood Orange Marmalade / thinned with 2 T warm water
4 oz Orange Liqueur
Sparkling Water / as needed
1 Blood Orange / sliced / as garnish
Red & Yellow edible flowers / as garnish

 

method


In a pitcher, combine the wine, thinned marmalade, liqueur, and slices of blood orange. Pour over glasses filled with ice, and top off with sparkling water as desired. Garnish with edible flowers.

Elderflower & Cucumber Collins

When it comes to Mother's Day cocktails, mimosas and bellini have always run the show. We'd like to kick off the season with something new. The fresh, springtime flavors of cucumber and elderflower struck us as the perfect combination for moms who love prefer dry gin over sparkling wine. Cheers!

 

Elderflower & Cucumber Collins

 
 

ingredients


2 thick Slices English Cucumber

1 Lemon Wedge

1 T Elderflower Syrup

2 oz Dry Gin or Vodka

Sparkling Water / as needed

English Cucumber / thinly sliced / as garnish

Edible Flowers / as garnish

Ice / as needed

method


In a mixing glass, muddle the thick cucumber slices, lemon, and elderflower syrup together. Add the gin or vodka, 2-3 ice cubes, and stir together. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and edible flowers.
