Harissa Lemonade

We're combining two of our favorite things today: Lemonade & Harissa Paste. This unlikely combination creates an unexpected, flavorful cocktail (or mocktail!) perfect for summer entertaining.

This authentic French harissa paste is made from fresh spicy yellow peppers grown on the sun drenched family farm of our producer. Immediately after harvest, the peppers are ground along with fresh garlic, spices, and salt to capture the fresh flavors of these local ingredients. Use to add heat, salt & flavor to everything from roasted chicken to potatoes, and more.

 

Harissa Lemonade

4 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Vodka
4 Lemons / juiced
2 T Domaine de Provence White Harissa
Sparkling Water / as needed
Ice / as needed
Lemon Wedges / as garnish
Fresh Mint sprigs / as garnish

In a pitcher, stir together the simple syrup, vodka, lemon juice, and harissa Fill the pitcher with ice, and stir to chill. 
Fill four glasses with ice, and divide the harissa lemonade evenly between them. Top each glass with sparkling water, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and lemon wedge. Enjoy!
