Pear & Ginger Martini

 

This Friday we are feeling the cooler weather and looking for a cocktail to warm us up with fresh fall flavors. Fresh pear season is right around the corner, but these French mini pears preserved in all-natural syrup are in demand all year long. They add a natural sweetness that perfectly balances the warm spice from our ginger-infused wildflower honey. Cheers!

 

Pear & Ginger Martini

 

Ingredients


2 parts Gin or Vodka
1 part Pear Syrup / strained from Domaine de Provence® Mini Pears in Syrup
1 tsp Jansal Valley® Ginger Honey
Splash lemon juice
Domaine de Provence® Mini Pears / drained / skewered / as garnish

 
 

Method


Combine clear alcohol, syrup, ginger honey, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into a martini glass and garnish with skewered mini pear.
