Spring White Chocolate Bark


Chocolate bark is everywhere during the holidays, but we're bringing it back this spring with these bright and beautiful flowering herbs. This simple recipe is easy to follow and perfect with any of your favorite toppings--the more colorful, the better!


Spring White Chocolate Bark



4 C White Chocolate / melted

1 C Jansal Valley® Roasted Shelled Pistachios

1 C Dried Cranberries

Mixed Flowering Herbs / as needed

½ t Kosher Salt



Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Over a double boiler, or in 10 second intervals in the microwave, melt the white chocolate completely. Once melted, pour the white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.

While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the top with the pistachios, cranberries, and flowering herbs.

Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then break the bark into bite sized pieces and serve. Store at room temperature for up to one week.
